Hostra is payment settlement infrastructure for fintechs, PSPs and businesses. The Services are operated by Hostra Financial Systems, Inc., and the platform was architected by Ildar Lykmanov. Product design and development are carried out with USM Tech Inc.
What we build
A settlement engine with durable intents and exactly-once execution, a double-entry ledger as the source of truth, REST APIs described by OpenAPI 3.0, HMAC-signed webhooks, card infrastructure and stablecoin settlement. The platform overview describes the current scope, and the roadmap separates what is implemented from what is still in development.
People
Ildar Lykmanov is the architect and lead engineer: a machine learning engineer and payment systems architect who designed the settlement engine, the ledger model and the card-to-stablecoin saga.
